Slash is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our international B2B clients.

In this role, you will craft and execute strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and meaningful customer engagement, all while aligning with our clients' business goals.

​

Your work will involve conducting customer workshops where you will be consulting them on actionable digital marketing strategies, and creating marketing plans that resonate with target audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, a strategic mindset, and the ability to guide campaigns from concept to performance analysis, ensuring success across all digital platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
    Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing and brand strategies.

  • Client Workshops & Consulting:
    Lead or participate in client workshops to understand their needs, gather insights, and propose actionable solutions for growth. Provide ongoing consulting to enhance their digital presence and marketing effectiveness.

  • Value Proposition & ICP Refinement:
    Define and refine value propositions, unique selling points (USPs), and key messaging to resonate with target audiences and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Use market trends and competitor analysis to fine-tune messaging and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Digital Presence Audit:
    Conduct comprehensive audits of websites, social media platforms, and other digital assets to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. Implement optimization strategies for enhanced visibility and performance.

  • Campaign Management:
    Oversee the end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid campaigns. Ensure all campaigns are data-driven and aligned with client objectives.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
    Act as the primary contact for clients, presenting strategies, performance updates, and future recommendations. Build strong relationships and deliver clear, actionable insights to guide client success.

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    Continuously monitor marketing and campaign performance using key metrics such as website traffic, conversions, and campaign engagement. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in B2B digital marketing, preferably in a client-facing or agency environment.

  • Market Research: Strong experience in conducting market and competitor research to guide marketing strategies.

  • Digital Audits & Optimization: Proficient in conducting digital and social media audits and optimizing content for engagement and visibility.

  • SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush); SEO experience is a plus.

  • CMS Proficiency: Comfortable using content management systems like WordPress or HubSpot.

  • Client Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategies and insights to clients.

  • Project Management: Capable of managing multiple campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results on time.

  • University diploma in Business , Marketing or Equivalent.

  • English Proficiency
